Volunteer as a marshal

The Radley Lakes Trust are calling for volunteers to help marshal the Abingdon Marathon on Sunday 23 October 2022.

The course runs right through the Lakes area. The Radley Lakes Trust is helping provide marshals and Abingdon Naturalists will be manning a drinks station. This will raise income towards the conservation of the Lakes.

This is the 40th year of the Abingdon Marathon, one of the biggest sporting events in the area. There will be about 1,200 runners and a great atmosphere. 

The event needs 250 volunteers, so do sign up. You will be fully briefed. No experience needed.
