Volunteer as a Marshal

The event organisers are still looking for volunteers to help marshal the Abingdon Marathon on Sunday 18 October 2026.

The course runs right through the Lakes area. The Radley Lakes Trust is helping provide marshals. This will raise income towards the conservation of the Lakes.

This is the 42nd year of the Abingdon Marathon, one of the biggest sporting events in the area. There will be about 1,200 runners and a great atmosphere.
